Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with this company. We scheduled our appointment for between 7:30-8:00am for the technicians to be at our house. At 11:30am we called and were told that they looked at the schedule wrong. They showed up after 1:00pm. The information they gave us was not complete (our first time owning our own pool so we needed guidance). Then I called when I had questions and I was completely blown off. I called and left messages. Never got a call back. We have since gone elsewhere for our pool needs. I wish I had better results from them.

These people are the absolute best! Very efficient with great customer service. Reasonable and willing to answer questions, they go the distance to make their customers happy. The technicians are knowledgeable and skilled and the cleaning crews are very thorough. The retail store is so much fun! Our kids always leave with a little something and they test our water and we have never had such a beautiful pool. Crystal clear and great feeling water. Sometimes we just stop by to say hello and they always have a smile and are very hospitable. It's almost like they are welcoming you into their home. Cant say enough about Our Pool Company. They are great.

Our Pool Co. is the odd addition to my "Places that Make Me Happy" list. Hear me out.



Owning and maintaining a pool is stressful and expensive. But, the staff at Our Pool Co is phenomenal. They mitigate the stress and the expenses and they exemplify great customer service and the benefits of patronizing a small business. They're friendly, welcoming, informative, educational, and incredibly fair. They make an effort to learn your name, and I'm always impressed by how much they remember about my pool and my troubles (without judging me for my embarrassing mistakes!).



Their prices are great (often much cheaper than big box stores and even the web), but better yet, they never try to up-sell or over-sell. I also love their water testing service. If you bring them a small vial of pool water, they'll test it and let you know exactly what to add and how much to keep your water balanced. If you need to add anything, they give you clear written directions and have been known to answer a quick phone call question to clarify, more than once.



My one word of caution is to look for it on a map before you drive there. Even though the store front is right on the main road, it's a small building with a small driveway, and you don't want to pass it accidentally.

There is no better place for customer service and reliability! The owners do not rest until your pool water is crystal clear and all your equipment is working! I can't say enough good things about Our Pool Company!
