My home warranty set this up and they never showed. When you call you get a voice mailbox that is full. Now I’m fighting with the home warranty to find a REAL plumbing company

I called my house warranty and then contacted them. They came out in 1 hour was very professional with extreme good manners. They fixed my pipe blockage fast out here in the freezing cold.

Showed up 4 hours after the initial request through American Home Shield and were done in less than an hour. Professional and courteous and reasonable prices. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We have used them several times. Fast service at a reasonable price. Very nice people. Gave us a great price on a new hot water heater and installation

Best plumbing Company in Midland TX. They came out fast and fixed my plumbing stoppage. Even paid a reasonable price of 75.00

Do not use these plumbers! We have been stuck with them twice both with American Home Shield and First American Home Buyers and I have had the same problems as listed here by others. They try to get by doing the cheapest, fastest,
possible work possible but then are unreachable when you have a problem and never return calls. We have been waiting over a month for them to come back and fix the leaky toilet they supposedly fixed the 1st time. When they came back out, they were rude and asked "Now what's the problem?" We were told the toilet was very old and needed a part or to be replaced and since then over a month ago, they have not contacted us or returned our calls. At least a stasus update would be nice! They have been reported to AHS and did say we could chose another plumber but could not guarantee we wouldn't have to pay the $75 service call again.

We have used this company recently for two repairs. One for a bathtub, and one for a hot water heater.

Both times they missed one appt after another.

On the bath tub they cut an hole in the wall to find out the tub was leaking from underneath. They never repaired the wall claiming the wall would have to be taken out anyway to replace the tub. (2nd opinion proves that to be a lie). Owner promised to give estimate for bathroom replacement. He never called or came back. The wall is still unrepaired.

The 2nd time was for a hot water heater through American Home Repair. We were told we had no other choices of vendors. (That proved to be a lie too)

After several missed apptointments we were told we had to have additional $200 in modifications to bring it to code. Investigation proves this to be a lie. The modifications were not needed to "bring the heater to code".

A-1 Rapid Rooter in Midland Tx & American Home shield are dishonest. BAvoid them at all cost.

They say they r coming. They don't show. Been playing w/their lies now for 5 days. They say "Oh we'll be there between 5 & 6". Everytime and everytime.....they don't show. I didn't hire them, my insurance did. I'd fire them if I could.
