This place sucks you go there to buy a simple tree and the employees don't get close to help you out. It's hard to find someone that actually works there

Terrible customer service! The sprinkler and lawn department is not helpful. Go anywhere but here!

I would not recommend Alldredge Gardens for their water services because they do not value their customers or the customer's time. We've made two appointments with them to repair our sprinkler system; they 'no called no showed' both times. I called and left a message, and they have not called back. If you can go anywhere else, do it.

Stay away from their lawn repair! I had a major job and made the mistake of calling them. They sent different repairmen, none of whom talked to one another or seemingly received repair forms from the front office. The office lost paperwork on me, repeatedly. The repair people did different work on the lawn, much of which wasn't asked for, and the final 'repair' changed my sprinkler stations and did not complete the work. I finally paid them off for the POOR work they did and called someone else. They actually fixed everything, including the "Kindergarten" piping put in by Alldredge that was not at depth and poorly constructed (already leaking!) Stay away or get them at your risk!

The Alldredge Garden store is very nice...I enjoy going there. But don't ever make the mistake of hiring them to do landscaping or to plant flowers. Your bill will arrive promptly, but none of your phone calls will be returned. You can leave messages for the general manger, go to the store in person and try to resolve a problem (you'll be told they will call you back), then leave more messages, but you will not receive any response until you take the time to contact the BBB. It's not worth the hassle.

Recently visited the Midland store and what a wonderful place. They already have all their xmas trees out and decorated. They have the best selection of foliage and great customer service.

AN UNEXPECTED GEM in the middle of Texas, Alldredge Gardens is more than just a beautiful place to buy plants. They take great pride in their full-service approachto every aspect of gardening: home and nature, inside and out, back yards to the Midland park system. Yes, the park system. Alldredges maintenancestaff maintains all 800 acres of the park grounds in the city.You would think that 800 acres would be enough to overwhelm any garden center operation, but Alldredge somehowalso manages to design, install and maintain their customers landscapes and sprinkler systems, create water gardensand ponds, and provide lawn, tree and shrub care. They even manage to install,design and maintain their customersinterior plants.
