Terrible service center. Can not get a warranty issue fixed because they can't even get a part ordered that it needs. Spent over a month trying to find out if the part came in or not to take the car in. They say they will call me back 3 times and 3 times I have not received a call back. I go in finally for the 3rd time and they tell me I need to leave my car to order the part. I would rather drive to Lubbock than let them even change my damn oil. Don't buy a car from here, they can't support it.

In the middle of a cross-country moving trip with my husband and when our check oil light came on. The team at Basin Subaru took us (and our two cats AND all of our stuff) and had us back on the road in no time at all. They are a lifesaver!

I purchased a Mercedes Benz 350ML. I saw the car advertised on the internet and called about it. I live 3 hours from Midland and stated I would not be able to come and see the cars for a couple of weeks. The salesman assisting me offered to drive the car to me. The car look to be in excellent condition and I went ahead with the purchase. That evening my husband and I went to take the car out for dinner. The car would not start, I brought it to our mechanic the next day and was advised that someone had installed the incorrect battery in the car and it had also caused damage to the auxiliary battery, I contacted the dealer and they agreed to pay for the two new batteries and the installation of them. I received the check within a week. They did everything right to correct the situation. Even with the little hiccup the situation was handled with professionalism and I am thankful and I love the car.

I so love my Subaru Forester, and the people at Basin Subaru are awesome. I'll never buy a car from anywhere else

It's not often you have to buy two cars at once, but that's what happens when you have teenagers in the house! Making two kids happy and getting financing for two cars at once seemed like an impossible feat, but Basin Subaru made the whole process easy. I'll never shop anywhere else! Thank you Basin Subaru! I have purchased three cars from this dealer, the service is always friendly and accurate. I have all of my vehicles serviced here and I'm usually in and out in about 30 minutes. I feel like my needs are the first priority.

I went up there expecting to buy a truck for my husband. I thought we were going to have a basic model older used truck because of our credit issues. I was very WRONG! They managed to give us a 2011 GMC Denali! Top of the line very nice!! They gave us a good price and we didn't have to put much money down, with that they worked with us as well! Donald (our salesman) was VERY kind to say the least! I ended up trading in my car as well and purchased a second car same day. The loan process was quick and easy!! The worked with us on our payments! I do highly recommend going to see them next time you are looking for a new or used vehicle!

I have purchased 2 vechiles from here and my wife purchased a cherokee from here and havent had any problems. We got our plates in a timely manner and everything went smooth. There was no hassle. It was quick and easy! Still have my cars!

My husband and I went to the Basin Subaru dealership late one afternoon to just check out a SUV we saw online. We immediatley liked our salesman, He was open, honest and eager to work for his customers. He stayed late for us and we truly appreciated him for it. Just a really, really kind person. I would buy a car from him any day!!!! And believe me, I'm a hard sale. The rest of the staff was very polite and helpful and they got us the deal we wanted for a beautiful Toyota Sequoia that we just fell in love with. Buying a car from Basin Subaru was the most hassle free buying experience we have ever had. You won't be sorry.

This new Subaru dealership in Midland is right off Wall Street. It has a friendly staff with Pete Martinez, fast and prompt service department with free car washes! Highly recommend coming to this dealership if you're looking for a dependable, safe and reliable vehicle plus service with a smile.

Dealership has a friendly staff. Hugo Serrano did a great job helping us to find the right model and price. No pressure, no hassle. A refreshing change from all the other car dealers in the area.

This is one of the best dealerships I have ever been to they are very helpful me and my wife have both bought a car from here and when we bought our first vehicle we had little credit and what we had was bad they helped me establish my credit and gave us a chance and now we have 2 cars from them thanks

Have purchased 2 vehicles here. 1st experience was pretty good. 2nd experience was very poor. It has been 61 days and I have yet to receive license plates for my vehicle. Cannot currently drive the car because paper tag is expired and they are in no hurry to get me the permanent ones. Buddy Jones needs to worry more about customer service than all his stupid tv commercials. Will not do business with this lot ever again nor will I recommend it to anyone.
