Provided by YPmobileI would not recommend to anyone to shop here. My mother purchased her sectionals here. Before her first payment, a spring had torn through the leather and cut her leg. She called rooms to go, both the store and customer service refused to help. Throughout the purchase the sales associate, Linda, is very nice and helpful but after they get their commission they are done with you. Now my mother is stuck with torn, non suitable couches with 18 months of payments.

Provided by YP.comWorst place I have ever bought furniture at. They charged an arm and a leg and then they wont allow you to pick your furniture up at a later time. They kept harassing and calling asking when we were going to pick up our furniture. Then they threatened to ship my furniture back to headquarters and charge extra to ship it back. Don't waste your money here.

Provided by YP.comIn need of furniture but not for 6 months? Then this is the place for you. Go in to the store and they will tell you that your order will be delivered in 4 weeks at the latest. Seven weeks later it will show up, all scratched and broken! Call for a replacement and the soonest they will set it up will be 3 months in the future. Then, just when your delivery is days away, they will call you, say it is out of stock and you get to wait 2 more months! The best part is, customer service is always so rude on the phone never offering any kind of apology for your inconvenience. Once they've got your money they could care less about you. Still waiting for my non-beat up server that I ordered in march 2013. They say it will be here at the end of August. Maybe if I'm lucky ill have it in time for Christmas, 2014.

Provided by YP.comThe store has a "restocking" fee for items that are brought in from another store (maybe there is a restocking fee for everything, I didn't ask). Also, they told an item was "in stock," but they meant "in stock in Arlington, 5 hours away." Not super impressed...didn't purchase anything and don't plan to in the future. Some items are not kept in stock, so I don't really think a consumer should be charged a "restocking" fee for buying an item from a showroom. Just add it on to the purchase price, Rooms to Go, and avoid looking like you are trying to pull a fast one on your customers.
