I arrived on November 2, 2008 at the Midland International Airport after a two hour delay in leaving the D-FW airport and had to wait 50 minutes for the American Eagle employees to unload the baggage from my flight #5167 and get it to the baggage carrousel. That amount of time is unacceptable. After arriving at Midland International Airport at 6:05 p.m., the luggage was retrieved by the passengers at 6:55 p.m. This needs to be addressed to the American Eagle management. This was not acceptable to the passengers or the people who had come to pick them up.
