You can not get a person to call you back if your life was depending on it. You also can not call in & speak w/ a live person. Its absolutely ludicrous!

If you don't mnd me asking, where did you end up going? We moved here and my doctor was in another town and they told me I would need to find a doctor closer. I am interested in the pain pump.

First I must say this DOCTOR deserves a big fat 0... not because he doesn't know what he is doing but because it bedside manner SUCKS!!!!!!!! If it were not for his nurses and receptionists I would have cancelled all my appt. and went somewhere else!!
