Provided by YPmobileI would definitely not recommend living here, these apartments have Alot of water issues.. The carpet by the AC gets soaked terribly (not so great dealing with when your pregnant) AC doesn't always work right (which again sucks when your pregnant or have kids) they turn the water off quite often to "fix" water damages and don't always let you know when they are going to turn the water off or when it should be back on, the walls are very weak from the water damage exposed to them? There's a small hole in my ceiling from a water leak that has been there since day one of moving in (lease is up in January 2014 and I'm trying to find a different apartment now cause I'm getting excited that its getting chooser and closer to the move out date) the sink in the kitchen omg the wood is completely damaged from water i don't even use that area in fact i don't use any of the lower cabinets.. They only let you use Suddenlink for cable internet and it constantly disconnects because they don't update or change the wires needed to keep it running well, when something is needing fixed don't count on them coming right away (even if your floor is soaked in water from the Livingroom to the bedroom) i personally call in the work order when it happens and the next say i have to walk to the office and bug them to send someone basically right then and there in order for things to get fixed.. (needless to say they probably don't like me because of it, but hey if they did there jobs right i wouldn't have to walk down there in the heat with my pregnant belly to get something fixed.) And the maintenance guy is pretty freaky he's an older Mexican guy (I'm half Mexican so I'm not being racist or anything) but he freaks me out and has no respect for women and personal bubbles not to mention he knocks very quietly and doesn't even give you time to answer the door (so me being the type of person i am i put a sign on my door for them to not open my door because I'm always home and will be able to answer it I'm just pregnant and can't get to the door as fast as they think i should get to it) that's the main things i have to say about these apartments just beware because i doubt you'd be happy living here..

Provided by YP.comI am currently living in Hunter's Glen, we were told that everything works great here and that there were no problems. Well the first day we moved in we found that our sink was leaking, we called and called everyday, a little over a month living there it was finally fixed. We then attempted to take our first showers in this apartment and come to find out that there is only 1 boiler for 12 buildings so you can inagine the water. We never know if we are going to have hot water in the moring to get ready foe work or not. The first time it went out on us the entire 12 building had no hot water for over a week, luckly we had family that lives right down the road to shower and wash clothes at, dishes was a complete different story on washing. We have been living here for almost 5 months and counting down the days until our lease is up (December!!!) Today I went into our storage closet under the stairs and our carpet was soaked, they could not tell us why is was but this has happened before, about 2 months after moving in we notinced that in a corner of our living room was completely soaked, I call maintaince they came our and I was informed that my neighbor's apartment had floaded and that a carpet man would come out and clean it so that our bran new carpet would not get mold or anything...no one ever showed up and when I called they said that it had been over a week so it is most likely dry so a carpt guy was not needed. Our neighbor had a pipe issue a couple of weeks ago, in the townhouses we live in a water pipe from the celing of his first floor busted and fell straight through, ruined his t.v. entertainment center, shattered his coffe table stained his couch, cuchions, and pillows and all that he was given was the price of his pillows. I work at a gym so I get home after 8:00 pm to get to my apartment i must walk on the side of the bulding, the security light that is on that said has been out since we moved in and we have complained and they tell us there is nothin that they can do because it is electrical and the man that deals with that is backed up, well it just so happens that that light is close to the bedroom window of one of the office workers there at the apartments, that was a little strange to me. Im not telling yall that yall can't live here just would not suggest it to anyone who enjoys hot water, safe celings, and dry carpet. :) Good Luck!!
