Founded in 1957, Midland Christian School is a private, independent Christian school. It serves more than 400 students in grades nine through 12. The school runs elementary, middle and high schools separately. It is affiliated with the National Christian School Association and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Council on Accreditation and School Improvement. The school performs standardized testing on students in grades kindergarten through six using the Stanford Achievement Test. It offers a variety of academic opportunities and extracurricular activities. The school s clubs include a science club, Spanish club, the National Honor Society and student council. Each of its schools owns a library.  The school is located in Midland, Texas.
