8 years later I can only agree with the review submitted in 2007. The first I ever heard of this office was when I got a collection letter for their services. I live 300 miles from Midland and have never been there. The bllling personnel are nasty and call you a liar when you tell them you've never even received a bill from them before. Then you ask to speak to a supervisor and they take your contact info and tell you they will return your call by the end of the day. Never called. Just a bunch of lazy, lying %#^s set out to make life hell for people trying to make a legitimate living.

the actual services nwas great, friendly and helpful but the billing part was insanly horrable

1. they send you something saying they are checking insurance and not to pay then they send you a bill a week later saying you are past due, when i contacted insurance they said they said that they had not not been contacted yet, then after 1 month of them saying they called insurance the inusurance says they were contacted in the mean time you pay full price in payments to keep you account current



2. so i couldn't afford thepayments till insurace kicked in so iasked for a payment schedule... well if you pay on time, on schedule and even a little more some months you get a bill saying your past due and must pay in full or it will go to collections



ok fine i called them, they said that the payments were not delinquent but the rest of the bill is due immidatly.. the lady was unable to explain why when i was on a payment plan, beingpaid on time and in full plan payments



oh and btw bills don't come regulary or monthly it will be randmly and the last few payments may or may not be posted, when the checks have cleared months ago,



so my advice is to write down the addres for bills and hope that they don't continue to mess up...
