I'll put it simply, they work hard to get my place clean. I was a service based worker years ago, and it is tough work. Molly Maid does it right. Their people are friendly, the office folks are great and they try hard. Are they perfect, no, very good, yes.. but the effort they put into trying to give me my money's worth shows in everything they do. I know have my sister signed up and my aunt. Worth every penny to me...

It's a good idea to shop around. After several okay, but not worth the money experiences, I found Molly Maid. Saw the pink and blue cars and thought, "why not". Great move! I have discovered my house is awesome when it's clean, and MOLLY MAID showed me. My husband now loves his shower and I love my kitchen and bathrooms!

Great cleaning team and the office staff have always been sweethearts, you should try 'em.

Worth it!

Believe me when I say that Molly Maid will take your money and leave you with a dirty house. It's the worst $130 I've ever spent for supposedly two hours of work. I hired them recently to clean a rental property of mine. The place was pretty clean to start, so all that really needed to be done was wash the tubs, wipe down any dirty marks around door handles, scrub the toilets, dust the blinds and window sills, etc. If I had the time to do it, it would have taken me maybe two hours by myself and there was a cleaning team of two people. They charge $65/hour, so I requested a two hour minimum since there wasn't much to do. That should have been plenty of time. After inspecting the place, I realized that during their 1 hour and 35 minute stay all they did was clean the mirrors, vacuum, sweep and mop the tile floors (which there's hardly any of in the entire house). After complaining to three different people at Molly Maid and requesting that they come back to fix the problem, I received a voice mail from the local Molly Maid office stating that because I had put a time restriction of two hours on them, it nullified their guarantee and so nothing could be done. So not only was nobody coming to rectify the fact that I just got swindled out of $130 for two women to do basically nothing at the place, they didn't even care to come by themselves and look it over to see if any of my complaints were valid. I had dirty mop water in my tubs that I specifically had requested be cleaned, there were still hand marks around door handles, the toilets looked like they hadn't even been touched, I could sweep my finger across the blinds and see dust afterward, there was still visible dust in the window sills. After telling them all this, there response was that it takes them multiple visits (and apparently no time limits) to get the house completely clean. Well, I could have taken a wet rag and slapped at the windows, doors and tubs and done a better job with minimal effort. Bottom line, they charge and outrageous amount and basically do nothing and do not honor their "guarantee" of satisfaction. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! You'll regret it like I do.
