Absolutely atrocious, The maintenance crew will take at least a week to even remember your name let alone get anything done. The laundry mat will eat 5 dollars a week in quarters and it's not their problem (believe me I called the office and was told). Be prepared for any and every bug you'd like to see as they don't regularly exterminate.

The staff is awesome I always feel like they listen and are helpful! They are crazy busy but still make time for the tenants I feel. The grounds are run down in some areas but have been redone in other areas. The apartments are old but the maintenance people are quick about fixing things. I like all the trees It feels peaceful.

Poorly Maintained. Unprofessional staff. No parking. Terrible place to live.
