I used this place for our save the dates and invitations for our wedding. We made an appointment and everything went really well... Until weeks later. It took weeks to get just the proof of the save the dates and even longer to actually receive them! After we saw how long it took for the save the dates I immediately emailed Caroline and asked to order the invitations. This was the week after Christmas. My wedding is March 15th. You are supposed to give your guests 6 weeks to respond. I did not receive the invitations until February 12!!!! After unreturned phone calls, messages and the like I finally just told her assistant that I was going to go with someone else. Well of course that got a response and she promised that they would be here in 3 business days. Yea right!! 2 weeks later they finally showed. These people act like they have so much business that they don't have the time/need anyone else's. Well they sure won't be getting mine ever again. I did give out 2 stars because everything was really well made and turned out beautifully. Too bad they won't put some of that effort into customer service.
