upon arriving at this store - most times the first cash register guy usually says hello - this is a good thing. However, from then on you're strictly on your own. i don't know where the staff hangs out - but they make sure they're not in the offices or cat area. You may wander the ENTIRE store searching for someone to help you and when you go onto the dock - there is no one there either. If they have a break room hidden from view then maybe THAT is where everyone is. All that to say THIS: im tired of going in there and being told they're doing inventory for a solid month! When i ask when inventory is over they always say they don't know;
THEN when you talk with the mgr, he always blames 'corporate' for EVERYTHING from poorly stocked shelves to sales. One worker looked embarrassed to say everyone had quit and they were short handed is the reason they were 'doing' inventory so many weeks. This store used to be run efficiently and tightly - - yes there 'used' to be more workers to be seen well,. Im just wondering if like the rest of the merchandise which (supposedly) was out on the dock and they were (supposed) to be 'inventorying' (which i now realize was a lie to cover the fact several workers had quit) I also noticed they had no small animals - birds, gerbils or hamsters in the cages like normal. Where were they - dead from overheating? Because there were zero small animals while all this so-called 'inventorying' was going on for weeks. Im pretty sure sure they're losing business to the Odessa store by alot of disenchanted shoppers here in Midland.

Upset With Lack Of Customer Servic

I made an appointment to take my dog today, only info asked for was my name and dogs name. Upon arriving (10 min early) the young man at the counter asked if I had been there before, when i said I had not he proceeded to tell me that I needed the paperwork (not the tags she was wearing) from the vet regarding her rabies vaccination. He was in the process of trying to help and call the vet ( as well my husband was in the process of gathering the papers to bring them to me). when the lady behind him began mouthing off about how I should have taken the paperwork and that she thought I was late for the appt anyway! Needless to say I told them to forget it. Sometimes mistakes are made and can be corrected but I for one Value customer service and respect, especially from those I intend to pay for a service. From! I have a pomeranian that requires grooming about every 4-6 weeks! There are too many other groomers in town!
