Quality did an awesome job repairing our truck. All repairs and paint job was professionally done and one can't tell the truck was even damaged. Very satisfied with the work done on our vehicle. As the other reviews, it took them 3 weeks to repair when we were told about 1-1/2 weeks. Dylan did apologize to us for taking longer than originally told but the repair work on our truck was worth the wait.

Up until a couple of years ago, we would have recommended them but now, if you are looking for honesty and integrity, you will not find it at Quality Body Works. At least 2 of the employees lied on 2 different occasions during our most recent experience with them.
After waiting over 30 days for our appointment and then having our vehicle for 10 days, they blamed the delay on our insurance agent when just minutes before their claim, our insurance agent sent us a picture of our vehicle sitting in their shop without any work having been done on it. Quality claimed they were waiting on a supplement from our agent which was not true. Additionally, 3 months later, we discovered a damaged panel they must have known about (if they were good at their jobs) had not been replaced. Vic initially accepted responsibility but then the day they were to replace the panel, he blamed it on another vendor. We went back to that vendor and he had before and after pictures proving Quality had not replaced the panel by the time he had gotten the vehicle 2 weeks after Quality had it. We will never recommend this business. Our voices may not be loud, but they will be continuously telling potential customers Quality Body Works are certainly not the trusting people they once were.

I do not recommend Quality Body Works. The owner, Rusty, performed an estimate on my vehicle and then gave me a date the shop would start repairs and an estimated three week completion date. They started repairs on my vehicle a week later than the owner had said they would, and then moved the completion date multiple times. I was very patient at first, but after having my vehicle over a month I told Dylan--the shop manager-- that I needed a guaranteed completion date because I could not continue on a "it will be ready next week basis" anymore. Dylan was rude and did not even apologize for not meeting the shop's completion dates or the inconvenience it had caused. I feel that this shop just tells the customer something to get the work and then does not care after they already have the vehicle. There are multiple body shops in Midland and I suggest trying another one unless you are comfortable never knowing when your vehicle will actually be repaired and returned.

DONTGOI wouldnt even give this place one star if the site would allow it They damaged my vehicle while it was there for repairs, and barely agreed to fix it On top of that, the first time they delivered it, even the owner Rusty said the work sucked After ANOTHER 8 days I got the car back body work looked better paint was ok BUT they either stole or broke my headlight bulb and replaced it with some cheap bulb not the HID bulb that was in there THEN tried to blame it on another shop Ive been driving my car for months since any other shop touched my car You wont find any Quality at this shop Go else where and do it quickly
