this eating establishment has VERY poor dining room supervision by the store mgr. he usually walks around back of counter holding a fist full of money - and just generally walks around with a superior manner about him - meanwhile his tables out in dining area are cluttered and neglected - collecting used dirty dishes - the floor is a mess to walk on with spilled sticky drinks, cheese strewn about. Plus, ive never been in there when flies didn't dive bomb your food!

I would say: Double check your order at the drive thru, lately these employees are not paying attention to you as a customer.... I don't know what their problem is lately, but I keep getting either crappy food or the wrong item. This Big Spring street location has always given us great customer service, but since I have had bad service the last 4 times, including today, I will be forced to go to the other locations from now on.
Some of these young kids are usually playing around or talking to each other or texting and not paying attention to the drive thru orders. Very frustrating.
