for service these shmucks rate a flat out ZERO! Talked with the head Shmoe over the phone &@ that time he said the shoe should be fully done by following Wed. I called before i went there on Wed - no answer. So i drove all way across town to the place, saw a sign on door saying gone on vacation and wouldn't be back til' the 19th of July. So i call on the 19th fully expecting to simply go pick/up the finished shoes. The guy didn't even remember me and couldn't find my shoes. Puts phone down on counter while searching - by description - then comes back to phone and asks for ticket number I distinctly told him the number - correctly and he repeated it qucker because i didn't have time to correct him - as he repeated the wrong number. I whistled over the phone hoping he'd hear and pick the phone back up - as i could hear them routing around searching for the shoes in the background. No reply. So finally he picked up the phone and said they couldn't find them because i had given him the wrong number - to which i (tried) to tell him i'd tried to get him back on the phone to tell him he'd repeated the WRONG number and to correct him - he rudely interrupted me and went on and on about how i'd given him the wrong number and of course i kept repeating the NO, H E got the number wrong and that i'd tried to catch him before he put the phone down and he kept rudely insisting i was at fault - so i then had sense enough to know that arguing about something that he was so adamant about (lying) that i needed to take charge so i said - no need to argue just how much did i owe him (thinking they'd have already been done)....he slammed me back with'your shoes aren't done - come in and get them and hung up! Just like that - what rude, ignorant, lying, kniving, arrogant POS to deal with - i HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS UNPROFESSIONAL A HOLE FOR ANY WORK! PLUS HE WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME WAAAY TOO MUCH TO FIX MY SHOES.

Rude is more like it

I was just trying to explain to the lady how the taps keep falling out of the shoe after I wore the pair of shoes only once. Not even letting me finish explaining, she grabbed a piece of paper and told me to read it. In which I was just making sure they were in attached to the shoe better. Then she told me just to go some where else if I didn't like the work. The rudest person I've ever dealt with. So you should change the name to RUDE'S.
