So, I have fillings that have come out of my teeth. I have throbbing, severe pain. I call my dentist, whom I have been seeing almost 15 years. "We can't see you until Wednesday." Ok, "Will he out fillings in then?" "No. I might can fit you in on Thursday. We haven't seen you in almost a year". Sorry, dental industry. This is BS. As a nurse, as a manager of a medical practice, you MAKE time to see people in pain. Even if they haven't been seen in "almost a year"! Dentists have the cushiest job in all of medicine. Heaven forbid, you should not get your 2 hour lunch or see someone 5 minutes after 5. Nice guy, but, I guess, only if you are seen several times a year...

Our walls are adorned with West Texas artwork which was painted by Dr. Sowders' grandmother, the late Edna Cox.
