Cecily Shull has been practicing law in the state of Texas for over 25 years. Born and raised in Midland, Texas, Cecily graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1983 and obtained her law degree from SMU in 1986. A former partner in the Dallas litigation firm of Fanning, Harper and Martinson, Cecily has practiced family law since her return to Midland in 2007. She also serves as a legal advocate defending the rights of victims of domestic violence at Safe Place of the Permian Basin and represents parents and children in CPS litigation. Defending the rights of children and women is her passion and calling as well as guiding individuals and their families through divorce and child custody issues.
