The customer service is HORRIBLE. They are condescending, incompetent, know nothing about what they're selling, and will sell you the higher price stuff you do not need just to make an extra buck.



They also do not honor their return policy. I went in there looking for a pair of gloves for Ruidoso. I admit that I did not do my research, but I trusted someone at this type of specialty store would be able to tell me what I needed. Being in business since 1969, you'd think they'd know what would work for warm weather skiing. They sold me these "sub-zero" gloves made for "sub-zero" temperatures, not warm Ruidoso. When I tried to return them within the 10 day cash back return period with receipt, they told me those gloves had been put on sale and would only give me back the sale price. This is their "policy", though it was contradictory to what was on the receipt and they could not provide any type of terms and conditions that stated this "policy." They staff was extremely unhelpful and would not even help me find a replacement glove. I had given them year of my business to help out the "locals" even though I can find them online cheaper. I will NEVER be buying anything from them and will be passing on my story to whoever wants to hear.
