Parking is absurd! Charges for people to have a "private parking area". No designated parking near our apartment! Appliances are old and work sporadically. Have made several so called work orders but the maintenance staff can't get things done. Management is horrible! Both so-called managers don't have any issues with low cut blouses. Very unprofessional! Don't have an apartment issue because it'll be taken care of at their convenience which can be a while! Swimming pools constantly have leaves and debris in them. Grass grows in certain patios without being taken care of! Dogs run about without leashes. Crap everywhere! Contractors can't do even a half decent job! Resurfaced, or what is called resurfacing, some of the parking lot. Pot holes not tended to prior to working the parking areas. The concrete "car stoppers" weren't removed to do this! Sand, dirt and debris between the curbs and stoppers. Horrible! Contractors are friends of management and must laugh to the bank! Landscaping is deplorable! Lights around the complex work only at times. It's dark in our area. Woman was mugged and the perpetrator never caught! People are moving out - and it's not only because of the oil industry! People are fed up! Prices are elevated! Water bill is on a "honor system" because there aren't individual meters! Carpet is way over worn and then if you want wood floors the rent goes up! This should be a standard! There's an independent group for billing of rent and water - the company screwed up and the management wanted all the customers to pay for it! Some did, some didn't! No consistency! Terrible management, way understaffed service group that tend to be seen on golf carts more often than anything! Fitness room is very small and outdated. No recreation area for the kids. We would not recommend these apartments to anyone! Didn't stay long before moving on to another place in town that is new and at the same cost as this dinosaur!

I have lived there for a year and by far one of the most unprofessional managed apartments I have lived at. Heather handled every situation poorly, acted as if she was a school girl trying to fight my daughter. Calling her "trash". No situation calls for that in a professional environment. Needs proper training!!!

I agree with the previous post, only rent here if you like being frustrated. When you first come they are super nice to you and they show you a really nice model because the apartment you will rent is not ready (red flag). Once you sign on the dotted line the good times are over. The apartment we rented has outdated appliances that barely work, the carpet is worn, and every Wednesday you need to take an early shower because the water will be off until late afternoon. They advertise that they have security that patrols yet I've never seen them and I work late hours. Since the new construction we have had some "critters" show up. The staff and contractors have no issue just entering your apartment with no notice. The worst part is that if you complain they become rude, insolent, and threatening. Instead of trying to work with you they will just tell you to "get out" and "just don't renew your lease", well that is just what we are going to do. There are other apartments that comparative in quality in rent to The Clusters. I suggest you stay away from this place.

These apartments are horrible. The management is very VERY rude. The water turns off every week from morning till evening. Old Appliances that dont work and takes more than a years worth of complaints to get fixed. Pipes in our apartment burst three times. Overall horrible experience wouldnt come back here even if someone had paid me. Not worth the money at all. Management needs to take some classes in communication with people.
