Things must have changed for the better. I have received excelent and friendly service. My kids enjoy going here when we go on occasion. Good entertainment for the money and promoted creativity.

I love going to The Pottery! The girls there are amazing and I walk in and feel like family! They know my name and I have only went 3 times! There kids camp are so cute and the kids bring home amazing things after :) The owner did right by making those kids her employees. I would recommend this place to everyone I know!!!! This is a GREAT place for family's and they give you fantastic service! It does get busy on the weekend but I do assure you, you will leave with a smile on your face :) just have fun :D

Agree with previous review 100%! The young girls who work here are rude rude rude! Every time we asked anything they would roll their eyes and act put out! I complained to one and then 3 of them stood 3 ft away from me and discussed it. When the pottery first opened it was a very pleasant and relaxing place to go. I too will not be returning ever! I called for over a week to speak with owner and she never returned my call. Save your money and time...

This was one of the worst experiences I have had in Midland! I know that Midland in general has poor customer service, but this was the worst I have seen yet. Tables were not set aside for our reservation and we were asked to split up the group to sit at random tables with random people. Eventually the staff made room for our group and it was obvious that they were very "put out" by having to do this. This could have been avoided if the staff had just reserved tables for our reservation in the first place! Lack of professionalism. The food that we paid $10 a head for was terrible! It was really fatty chopped bbq pork with coleslaw and potato chips. This was our first time there and the staff did not give any direction on how to begin or what to do. Finally when we went to cash out, the cashier did not even ask us how our experience was or even give us a small smile. It was very obvious that the staff does not like their job or care about the customer's experience! I will never go here again or recommend it anyone!
