I don't know what Linda is talking about but the new owners are doing a fine job with this park. Lived in it when it was under the previous management, lived in it under new management. If I recall correctly, someone in the park had broken the washers and dryers in the laundromat because excessive cat hair had clogged the line, despite repeated pleas that this specific tenant not clog the lines with their cat's hair. I always see the new owners tending the grass and watering the trees. Maybe problems arise for some people because they don't pay their rent on time. When you start paying rent you come to an agreement to follow the park's rules. I've only ever seen the owners ask people to leave when they repeatedly break the rules put in place. And you know what, Linda P.? How would you feel if someone came into your business and refused to pay for the services you provided?



As for the price of rent, take a look around Midland. Rates are going up everywhere. Everyone needs to make a living. Grow up.





This park is a nice, quiet place. No one bothers anyone, it's peaceful, and the owners love their park and their tenants.

This RV park was taken over by new owners and run into the ground. Previous owners were great. There is no longer a church or any other amenities, other than a very dirty, cold water only laundry. New owners don't take care of the grounds in a timely manner. They seem to be only worried about collecting a rent check and raising the rent multiple times a year. I would not suggest this place to anyone! I would give it a zero if I could.
