I have extremely nice silverware that they had bought a week before, however upon returning I was rudely informed that they do not take silver. This was confusing as the sign outside and different employees their building said just the opposite. I was then informed that the lady looking at my silverware didn't even know what she was looking for and really didn't know if they were authentic or not. I tried to tell her they were expensive and questioned her, yet when I did she started cussing at me and told me to leave. Would not recommend this run down place to anyone! Please do business with someone else! Village Coin and Pawn has the absolute worst customer service and filled with idiots behind the counter.

Went in to have some coins appraised and older man behind the counter was rude. He pushed the coins back at me and repiled in a snoty way that there worthless. He also said rare coins from other countries were spendable. I was fine with the answer that was provided but he didn't have to be so rude and disrespectful about. Don't go here every item is severely over priced.
