Where has customer service gone?

After all the poor customer service I recieve at many other fast food restaurants, I was really impressed with the service I recieved at this Wendy's. I was greeted with a smile. I got all the pleasantries that should come when one patronizes a business. The worker took my order and they made it correctly. The food was delicious. I will definitely visit again.
