front window receptionist not friendly AT ALL
when calling they don't pick up the phone - AT ALL!

when i went in for treatment - it took the Dr. over an hour to respond. he wasn't even in the building. then when i asked him had he been out somewhere and just got there - (it was obvious he had been) he acted all indignant and haughty. When I asked him was he out of the building he lied and said no that he was just busy - which isn't true because there weren't that many ppl out in the waiting area when i came in - nor coming out.

There was one patient man in a waiting room that was looking antsy as well - as (i stuck my head out of my room to ask WHERE the doc was) after waiting an hour - and they said he had to run an errand) - now i ask: is that any way to treat your patients! That's how bad the waiting time was.....
