extremely poor customer service!

I went to your Midlothian, TX location Wednesday March 26, 2008 in the early afternoon. You cashier LACY was the rudest customer service person I have encountered in a decent business in a very long time. I recommend you fire her or use her in the back room, she has O customer relation skills. I have been in retail management for 25 years, this person is at the very top of the worst that I have encountered. I hope I do not meet with anyone of her calibur in any of your other stores, or I will have to check you off my list as a place I frequent. Sincerely, Jody Boles
