Horrible service. Took them over 3 months to finally come out to do the initial work after I constantly hounded them to come out. Rod iron fence installed incorrectly, weld a mess, one gate fell off injuring me, most of Rod iron was installed w/ scratches down to metal, which exposes metal to rust. They spray painted the surface with spray paint from hardware store. They assured me they would replace all the fencing including the posts back in June. Every week Shawn the owner had new excuse as to why they couldn't come out that week to do the work. After 2 months of constantly asking them to come out to complete the work, Shawn quite answering. I contacted Amex to reverse charges, suddenly after 3 weeks of no reply Shawn texted that he would come out the next week (same reply as before - always "next week"). I refused the work at this point and mentioned I would reverse the charges from Amex. Shawn is now threatening to place mechanics lien on house. Extremely unprofessional.
