I love love love love this place! Been going here for over a year now. Very friendly staff! I will not go anywhere else!

I loved this nail shop! It's small but very nice they remodeled which made it look so much better I had my nails done by a tech there and her name was Kayla and I loved the experience! She loves to conversate and she always has a smile on her face I loved that about her. Because she's the first person that I went to that can hold a conversation with me. Every nail tech that I've been to did not talk to me but she did so I loved her she made a few of my visits welcoming and I would go to her again! Everyone has there bad days! But you were great doing my manicure/pedicure and eyebrows thanks for a great experience Kayla!!!

Didn't actually want to put a star bc the day I had there was just the worst ever. So I went in and got a mani/pedi/eyebrow and I'm very satisfied with my pedi and eyebrows but NOT MY MANICURE at all. I asked for coffin shaped and I got the worst service ever. I told the lady you didn't even measure to see if my nails were the same length and shape at all. When I told them that I wouldn't be going back they freaked out and tried to fix my nails as much as they could buy failed to do so. The nail lady (Kayla) filed my right ring finger nail so much she went down to my skin so now it hurts really bad. I bled a little. I do not recommend anyone to go there at all. And if anyone sees this pls recommend me to a new nail salon, and not luxury either bc they are the reason I went to First Nails II in the first place.
