The staff is terrific and patient. I'm a 30+ year smoker who quit 6 weeks ago via vaping. This facility has been my saving grace through this process and I'm grateful to have them in our community.

Started going here in the beginning had to stop. Attitudes sucked like most vape stores (can't be to mad about that)!!!! But in house juice sucks and everything is overly expensive. By the way I'm going to start doing this with all vape stores (giving my opinion)!!!! Tired of keeping my thoughts to self.

This place has friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend this place to anyone a little uneducated on vaping. They are profoundly helpful and observant to your preferences. Thank you Great Vapes.

We are dearly sorry to hear of your bad experience at our store. Unfortunately we don't manufacture the final product and many items require proper care when recharging batteries. The kit you purchased came with a charger that doesn't have reverse battery protection and requires proper use. Unfortunately the batteries were damaged due to charging them upside down. I agree that this design is not ideal and we have since upgraded away from that charger style from this experience. In fairness to you we do care and accept the responsibility, the offer still stands that we'll replace your batteries and upgrade your charger free of charge. If you aren't happy with the device itself we can work something out.

Bought an overpriced vape(you can get much cheaper and better quality elsewhere) and it was not working right. I brought it back within days and the owner agreed that it was quirky but to take it back home and keep trying but bring it back if nothing changed. I never could get it to charge right(I believe the charging unit is defective) so I brought it back again. The best the owner could do was replace the batteries? Crazy, since we already tried that and it was not the batteries that was the issue. I advise that the buyer beware and shop elsewhere if you are looking for anything over $10. I walked out without the defective product and am at a loss of $90.
