My favorite best pizza in town. We love coming here my son goes crazy or the pizza subs are awesome everything is good

Will never go back. Worst dining experience ever. Manager and staff are rude and inattentive. After 45 minutes we still had not received our drinks and food, when I asked the manager (who is also the owner) when our food might be ready she began to holler, scream and curse insults at our family.

To start off with our hour wait after ordering to getting our food- and them being out of lasagna, chicken, and dr pepper to finally settling on the manicotti- the cheese on top was so burnt and hard I cldnt get my fork through it, peeled it off the the cheese inside was cold?!

Didn't even take one bite FELT it and as soon as the waitress asked of everything was ok I said no and explained the problem and she said oh no - no problem. And asked if I wanted anything else and just said no already waited an hour, wld share with my husband. So when we went to pay my husband asked why it hadn't been taken off? Then out of nowhere a lady screamed" you will pay for that I ate it off you nasty f***ing plate and it was fine"

I couldn't believe what I heard! We had our 6 yr daughter with us and now the entire restaurant looking. My husband paid and we left. Once he calmed down he called and asked to speak to the owner, when a lady got on the phone he said

"yes ma'am I dined in at your restaurant tonight and received some unbelievable serv.."

And she interrupted, do not ever f****indcall or come in my restaurant again, you dumba** redneck hillbilly then hung up.

I Absolutly could not believe that anyone could run a buisness this way. We contacted the midlothian police dept. and filled a report and now they will be charged with disorder conduct. According to the police officer, this is not there first complaint.

Great Food, but if you care anything about Customer Service then do not go. We had a 7:30pm reservation and did not pay until 9:30pm. All we ordered was a pizza and salad. It took over 40 min to get a bottle of wine and glasses. They dropped off the wrong bottle of wine. Then once we got the correct bottle they handed over the wine bottle opener to open ourselves, but hey at this point I was just glad to have the bottle. Then after an hour they served the adults pizza leaving my children waiting another 15 mins for their one slice of pepperoni and spagetti. The service is literally appalling. At no point did a manager come over to address the lack of service or apologize. I honestly think they care more about their call in orders than they do the customers in their dining room which is really sad. I really hope they get it together. Their service doesnt even deserve a star at all.

the service is horrible and the waitresses are rude unfortunately they all are family, I called after we left an address the issues with the owner and they were rude and disrespectful and no remorse whatsoever. save your money and don't ever go there and waste your time.. Jimmy's restaurant gives all smalls business a bad reputation!

The classless rude 45 yr old pregnant owner yelled at me in front of my 5 year old when I dared to point out they were not charging me according to the prices in the menu. I had been overcharged b4 & thats one of the reasons these low class folks refuse to give receipts. BBB gives them an 'F'.

Best pizza I ever had, and their rum cake is amazing... Not to mention the chocolate cheesecake. I've never eaten anything there that wasn't great.

They were very rude to me when I pointed out something that was not right , after they had asked if everything was ok. I have seen them gripe out their wait staff in front of people. They place the blame on the wait staff if anything is wrong. The owner was very hateful. I was shocked. Our family will never go back.

Is awful Here!! Everything is fine as long as you do not point out any misstake of the staff, then you had better watch out. They will rip your head off. I have seen it myself. I will never return to thei s establishment!

Are you kidding Dominoes has better pizza and the servers are totally rude! THe food is awful and the folks need to go back to NYC with their Awful attitiudes!

Jimmy's is, hands down the best pizza I have ever had. I also love that you get great quick service, fresh food, without the big price tag. They are all so friendly. We have never been disappointed.

I was there that day and yes, how rude they all were to her.

I will not go back
