I called because I have a emergency, my daughter got into poison ivy, they were booked solid today, but the young lady that answered the phone gave me another number of a doctors office closer to me that had an opening. thank you so much, you saved the day for us!

Even though I'm not a patient yet Dr. Mary Welp and a lady named Angie at the front desk was so helpful to me. I got a little emotional because after what I'd been through with my doctor that I've been going to for over 10 yrs. his office treated me like they didn't even care that my situation was important. I have to say Dr. Mary Welp and the lady Angie THESE PEOPLE CARE ABOUT PEOPLE! Like I said I'm not even a patient yet, but I will be by the time the day is done. Dr. Welp listened to me on the phone about what I went through with my other doctor and immediately started talking to me about what to do to help me. I have very high blood pressure and was trying to get a check up at my doctor and the front desk said I had to reschedule because I was a few minutes late. I was so upset because my bp was 189/107 and then later went up to 197/107. I explained this to Dr. Welp and she told me what to do in order to get immediate help. I just can't thank her and her staff enough for their help. I really needed help and I received it and then some from these wonderful people!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CARING ABOUT ME AS A PERSON!!! I have to rate them for this to submit. I'm rating them by their response to me over the phone which was extremely huge for me. My wait time on the phone was less then a minute. It was wonderful.
