They charge the customer late fees because their credit card machines are down! They are the worst two-bit, inefficient, podunk lot I've ever encountered. If there was an alternative, I'd even pay more just to escape their incompetence.

You people suck and if I HAD a choice, I wouldn't have you as a my water supplier. I've been in my house for 10 years and I've never missed a water payment. The one time I was late paying the bill, you charged me a 15$ late fee. I recently moved and my niece and daughter are staying in my house and I forgot to pay the bill for the first time in 10 years. the bill was due on September 15th. YOU SHUT MY WATER OFF AND ARE GOING TO CHARGE ME 75$ TO TURN IT BACK IT ON. YOU PEOPLE ARE DEPLORABLE.

THEY ARE FINALLY GOING TO SET UP A WEBSITE WHERE YOU CAN PAY YOUR BILL, BUT THEY'RE GOING TO CHARGE 3$ TO PAY ONLINE. NO LEGITIMATE BUSINESS CHARGES FOR YOU TO PAY YOUR BILL ONLINE. THEY DO ANYTHING TO SQUEEZE MONEY OUT OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.
