Provided by YPmobileI purchased a Groupon for alignment service. The first time I went they said a back arm had a problem. They touched some other part and I was told that they couldn't do the alignment. Once I got on the freeway the car started shaking uncontrollably. I had to pull over and call a tow truck. I have been driving the car for months and never had problems until I took it to them. I got the problem fixed and went back to complete the alignment. They told me that they would not straighten the steering wheel because it wasn't included in the Groupon. I have a friend that purchased the same deal and they did it for him. To top it all off, the employees have poor customer service skills. There is no friendly greeting when you walk in. They are very cut and dry. It's almost as if they are annoyed that you even go to them.

Provided by YP.comWhen these guys quote a price and the actual repair turns out to be less, they pass that along to the customer. They are truthful and efficient; a rare commodity in the auto repair business.
