I would not use again.

I purchased a Groupon and tried this salon on a whim in Dec 2012. I was supposed to get partial highlights + cut. Instead I was told they wouldn't recommend doing highlights because my roots were not long enough. I trusted their professional opinion and went along with their recommendations. Instead I ended up with bleached roots, and it burned. They also spread the color out and I ended up with a sunshine effect. She did do a good job cutting my hair and the staff was friendly. But I do not recommend them for color services.
