My experience has been horrible. They do not stand behind the furniture that they sell you. This new sofa is collapsing on one side and they refuse to do anything about it even though it's still under warranty because they are trying to say it's normal wear and tear.This sofa is only 6 months old from the day that they delivered it and now they are closing the case and are refusing to do anything about it. So tomorrow I will be reporting them to the better Business bureau and my husband and I will be filing a lawsuit against Ashley furniture.

The saleswoman i deal with is exceptional. Her name is Syreeta. Very patient, works out the numbers for you and most importantly, she is about business. I just feel like i got a personal shopper with her....no pressure. I got one more room to furnish and guess who will help me....that's right Syreeta...

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Ashely’s furniture store. It was my first time purchasing a bedroom set. The sales representative Sergio was very helpfully and knowledgeable. He made it a positive experience.

Our salesperson was Tristan. Before we walked into the store I told myself I was not going to buy anything today. She changed my mind, very attentive, very friendly, and professional. Give her a raise immediately, hold on to her, good people like her are hard to find! She’s the best!

Danny was very professional and friendly. He was very knowledgeable on the mattresses and took the time to listen to my concerns. He helped me to decide the best mattress to fit my needs. Very complimentary. Thank you very much Danny. I will most definitely be shopping there again.

The young lady whose name I can't remember was very nice and helpful presenting many options for us last Friday on the austere sofa and love seat. Eddie was great also as he initially helped us when we came in a week earlier. Really appreciate that the employees don't stalk you in the store and give you room to look and think.
