Finally spoke to a manager and was told I was the only person who didnt understand the website and refused to give me my money back. This business has no right to tell me I don't understand something. Also, they hung up on me twice. The manager needs additional training if she thinks that is how you speak to a customer. This business needs to own up to their mistakes instead of trying to make excuses. Do not go there. It's not worth your time or money.

The business is truly declining and I am sad for them. The customer service used to be amazing but it has truly declined in the last 3 months. I have been going to this establishment for over a year, but have gone every 2 weeks for the last 9 months.

With the demand in the area, I can now see that the lack of organization and understanding of customer care is declining due to their popularity as a salon. Simply, they cannot keep up with their boom.

I have made 2 appointments and had 2 walk in with horrible experience in the last 3 months. Basically all of the visits that I have had over the last 3 months have been negative. And I feel that I must give others all the details.

Walk in #1: was seated immediately, and then they walked away and did not start my nails for nearly two hours and that was after I politely reminded them that I had been there that long and had only had my polish removed. They were rude about that and made me wait longer.

1st appointment: did not give me the girl that I had scheduled to have for nail care. Then told me that I never made an appointment. I showed my call log from 3 days prior. Gave me someone else.

2nd appointment: same as first. I was less polite.

Walk in #2: went in with my friend and we asked how long the wait was. The owner got an attitude “I cannot tell you I have people in front of you and I have 33 people working so you can either stay or leave.” This is highly unprofessional, and it was not warranted in any way. We were seated quickly and my friends nails were started almost immediately. They wrapped my nails in acetone and foil and then left me for the entire time that my friend had her nails done. No one came to me and plenty of women came in after and were seated and helped immediately. They also had no appointments. Owner saw that my friend and I were agitated, as my friend had so nicely stated to wait for me after her nails were done and I had still not been helped an hour later. She came over and said she would be with me in 5 minutes. She never came back. When my hands began to burn from the acetone, I took the wrapping off and wiped the polish off myself and was told to stop by another worker. By the time my friend was ready to pay and speak with them I got up as well and said I was leaving. Owner demanded I let her file my nails and I said absolutely not. It had been an hour and forty-five minutes. I would go somewhere else and this was the 4 time that I had had a negative experience. I said I would never go back.

I came home with what looks like snaggle nails. I am so disheartened by this customer service.

I truly hope that someone views this review and either relates or finds it helpful.

My expectations were exceeded. Very professional staff, they are a bit pricier than most and it's worth every penny. Attention to detail and great job, probably the best manicure I've received!
