If I could give this business negative five stars I would. They falsely advertised the home, they never fixed anything that they even labeled their selves as HAZARDOUS. Way too many issues to even list in one review.
They are money hungry, rude, careless, and their employees are extremely unprofessional and lazy. I've never in my life dealt with such a horrible group of people. They will lie straight to your face and expect you to pay for things that were wrong before you moved in. They will do anything to keep your deposit as well as charge you for everything that breaks on its own, which defeats the whole purpose of renting. If I wanted to spend my hard earned money on fixing up a house, I would not be renting, I would be buying.

This business should be shut down. It's absolutely sickening to think they are getting away with taking so much from their "undervalued" CUSTOMERS, they will treat you like absolute nothing and try to get every penny they can. We know plenty of reputable persons who would agree.

STEER CLEAR or you will 100% regret it, no matter how badly you love the home they're showing.

Stay away from these people if you can. My post would be two pages long if I put all of the negatives.

Stay far away from this company no matter how much you love the property. They are out to make money and they will find everything and anything to keep your security deposit. They are very deceptive in their practices and also you will pay for anything that breaks in the house. For example shortly after we move in washer breaks twice we drop close to 500.00. Electrical issue in house they send one of their guys, could not fix try charging us 60.00 for him coming out, said they were sending an electrician...well no one ever came out, mind you the switches were making a crackling sound. I can provide you with so many dettails and we have been A++ renters over past 15 years, just please stay away do your research look at other horror stories. BTW i did not rate it 1 star, that's the default.
