Been going to this shop since it was located near McGuire Hospital.

Back then Trent, the owner, replaced a tricky front drive unit on my son's truck - it never failed.

He rebuilt the transmission on my Dodge Ram and has maintained it. Now that the truck is rusting away, I am building what will likely be my last vehicle. The transmission will be a an integral part of that truck.

Jim's Transmission is honest, ethical, and knowledgeable. They stand behind their work. Quite refreshing in this day of corporate, take a wack at it, shops.

Add to that and he knows the best of the specialty shops in other fields. Jim's Transmissions is unquestionly the best in the Greater Richmond Area. IMO, it ranks with the best in the state and likely one of the best on the east coast.

No one wants mechanical problems, but they do occur. Let Trent and Jim's Transmissions do the job right for you.
