CLOSED NOW - Opens at 7:30am

Took my car in for an oil change. 6.5 hours later, I assumed that it would have been done when I was told that my car was #2 in line when I brought it in.



Sat there, stranded for another hour when I was told that it would only take 2 hours to get to my car. When I kept asking about my vehicle, they went into the back and then would just come out saying that it's not done yet. When I kept asking them how much longer, I got a "dunno" answer.



Customer service is non-existent. They don't care how long it takes and they don't care who they inconvenience.

Went in to the store to get a screw taken out of a tire. Was quoted 90 minutes. Store manager was the person who "helped" us. Ended up waiting 3 hours, even though their time estimates are "guaranteed" to be accurate. Store manager was a complete jerk. This experience has soured the entire Merchant's chain for me. I've taken my vehicles a number of times to other Merchants has have never been treated so shabbily.



I give this location 1 star, because it won't let me do zero, but that's what they deserve.
