Ordered 12/26/16, and they just never came. After I emailed the owner to rectify the situation, he called me directly from the number on my delivery reciept to apologize. But instead of just apologizing he said, "are you sure youre unhappy with the service because we have delivered to (my workplace) all the time! I remember delivering to you there!" This gave me pause - I had never mentioned where I work and my delivery, which never came, was for my home address. When I pressed him, and asked him how often he had delivered there because in my 2 years had never seen that go on, he admitted he had only been there 5 times or less in a year and a half. Not enough to remember ANY staff. So in addition to a blatant lie, he looked up my name on facebook, found out where I worked, and tried to make up a lie so I'd let him off the hook for poor service... Really? So now im lind of freaked out he has my home address, haha thinking about moving.

Great service. Fast, friendly, courteous, helpful and best of all priced right! Thanks for providing this service. It is a lifesaver for home bound folks who don't drive.
