This is the worse dealership/ customer service experience I have ever encountered. I bought a chevy cruze from this place and it has been a headache since I bought it. And these people aren't even understanding enough to want to help you and make sure you are driving in something safe, especially when kids are involved. I would never recommend anyone to this place to deal with these people.

What more can I say. The staff at Pence Collision did a great job on my 2008 BMW. I was a little worried at first since they only sell Subarus, Nissans and Kias but all my worries were put aside when I got my baby back. I was also worried about color match. Again, It was spot on! Thank You guys for a job well done!!!
