Provided by YPmobileI have never been to a salon with better customer service! It's a salon/spa where it's acceptable and encouraged to float around from technician to technician with absolutely NO hard feelings. I LOVE THAT! The supreme one stop shopping for all of your beauty needs.

Provided by YPmobileBeware of Rituals! If you value a decent hairsylist who does highlights, dont go there! outrageously overpriced and the talent is under rated. Was not happy with my highlights and they didnt have time nor intended to fix it.They said it looked great. The hell it did! The owner refused to offer a discount or a refund. just awful experience all around. The ownership is just rude and snotty. Never again!!

Provided by YP.comNO ONE should ever go to RITUALS SALON & SPA located at Huguenot and Robious in Midlothian. My appointment Friday was supposed to be from 9-11:30, during which I would get color correction to take out the red in my auburn hair and get a trim. I was told 2 hours would be spent on the color correction and 30 min on the haircut. It wasn't until after the first process, when my hair had been turned orange, that I was told it would take longer than the time they had alotted, and therefore, would cost more than the agreed upon $235.
After spending 71/2 (SEVEN AND A HALF!) hours there, going through 5 different chemical processes, and having 6 DIFFERENT people mess with my hair, it is a dried out disaster and exactly what I went in saying I DIDN'T want. From the beginning I said I wanted to have a natural looking color. The two things I DID NOT want were gold/brassy colored hair or dramatic/streaky highlights. They tried to send me away the first time (at 2:16 P.M.) with gold/orange hair because they "didn't have time to do any more." I came back inside though, because I just couldn't leave with my hair looking like that. After more processes, they insisted I leave and "let the color settle over the weekend" and call on Monday if I still wasn't happy. I walked out with VERY blond streaky highlights over brownish hair (at 4:30 P.M.)
When I called on Monday, still unhappy, I was met with very defensive dialogue. I spoke with a manager, who proceeded to put one of the stylists on the phone (why??). I finally had to interrupt her to ask to speak to another manager. By the end of our 45 minute circular conversation, all I wanted was a refund. This manager told me she would have to get owner approval to even consider a refund and that she would call me back the next afternoon. She did not, and when I called to speak with her, I was told she had "just stepped out." Two days later the owner called me. She was not interested in hearing what I had to say. She had "already talked to the girls and knew what happened." The OWNER even went as far as to tell me that I "couldn't afford color correction." EXCUSE ME?
They charge $100 PER HOUR for color correction. I am more in need of color correction now than I ever was before, but my hair has been through too much to do anything more at this point. I am just stuck this way. I even had to shell out more money to purchase repair and rescue conditioners to keep hair from literally breaking off. I went in with long, healthy, thick hair.
They have the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. They will not offer any sort of refund, did not offer to fix it down the road (when my hair has had time to recover), and were flat out rude and argumentative over the phone. Apparently, "it is a beautiful color, and you should be happy with it," says the girl with red, brown, and pink hair, who admitted her boyfriend calls it "clown hair."
This will be my first ever charge dispute for any purchase or service. It was just an awful experience. I will never go back, and neither will any of the many people I know who went there.

Provided by YP.comI went in for highlights and base color being very blonde and asked for the same colors even showed a picture of the color so there would be no misuderstanding and upon the process saw that the base color looked almost black, Allison the girl doing my hair said it just looked dark! When she started to dry my hair it did not get blonde at all it was dark brown/ashy with the highlights looking gray. Telling her it was not exceptable she put one base color over it to try and fix it which made it gold with the base being reddish. I came home with hair dye still on my skin the color is awful with patches of color all over my head. And this cost me around 170.00. BEWARE.................................................HOW MUCH PROCESSING CAN YOUR HAIR TAKE?????
