Pick up and drop off service great. Mower deck adjustment was great, cutting good. Excellent customer service by Tiana.

If you can find another shop, would suggest you do so. Cannot speak to quality of work, since they have done none. Estimates of repair time bear no relation to a calendar. Sadly disappointing. Will take my equipment AND my money somewhere that wants the business.

Sold me a refurbished stihl chain saw as a new one the cylinder head looked like it was five years old and the muffler was tarnished to the extreme then when I went in and asked them the guy had the biggest additive and said it won't his problem after I walked out the store that day NEVER do business with these crooks never

Nothing but attitude when you walk up to the counter. It's as if you are bothering them because you need something fixed rather than buying a new piece of equipment. Always backed up for weeks no matter what time of year you go there. They tell you one amount of time and then it ends up being twice as long with absolutely no communication at all. It's as if you are bothering them and it's a hassle. I was promised by two different people that they would keep in touch and call me and I never received calls. I had to call repeatedly just to get different stories and the run around.



Too bad Terry passed away several years ago. It's a totally different operation now than it used to be which is a shame.



They need to change their attitude be grateful for the customers and landscapers that come in there or they won't be around much longer especially in their new location. It's a shame because you feel like you're walking into some huge corporation rather than a local small engine shop like you're just a number.



I will never ever go back there for service or to buy anything.

Horrible Service, dropped off my mower and was told it would be 4 weeks until it would be ready. Called back 4 weeks later and they hadn't even looked at it. Waited another 1 1/2 weeks due to holiday and called back to find out they still hadn't even looked at it and couldn't give me an estimated time it would be looked at. Was just told we'll call you when it's done. This is the last time I'll take my business there!
