I was TOTALLY deceived by America's Best 2 pair for 69.95 deal. Of course the lenses have to be an inch thick unless you want to upgrade to a lense of reasonable thickness that costs $90 PER PAIR. and the frames? STILL 69.95. So that comes to uh.... $250 (WHAT?! HOW?!) I regret not walking out at this point. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional. I will never go back, and neither will anyone that knows me.

Stay away - worst eyeglasses place in the business!

Apathetically managed store, sub-standard lens materials quality, didn't stand behind the failure of their lenses, craftsmanship or materials. Not cheap at almost $200/pair for lenses, and very inferior quality at that.

New lenses began to flake-off their pricey Anti-reflective Coating within a few months. Problem progressed to a point where could not see through lenses enough to wear the glasses. America's Best refused to replace, repair, or even to merely cover the cost of just the AR coating only IF we purchased brand new replacement lenses. But instead they offered a measly 15% discount. What a joke. Why buy a failed product twice in a row?

Other eyeglass retailers guaranty their AR coating for 2 years to 5 years. I have since learned that America's Best Anti-reflective Coating is the worst in the industry, and its famous for flaking, as it is a common and frequent failure. They know about this but will do nothing to rectify or honor their claimed products customer satisfaction. America's Best - offensive in their attitude, careless in their actions.

This place is hands down the WORST place to go for eyeglasses. It's like getting sucked into a black holeI would rather pay 10 times as much for only ONE pair of glasses, if it means I can get out of thier office in less than 3 hours. And try calling in, you'll be on hold for no less than 30 minutes. And the "two pair" deal they run, well it''s a complete bait and switch. They lure you in with the low price, but only have MAYBE 2 frames to choose from, and they're both ????. OH, but you can upgrade to more expensive frames if you don't want to look like Groucho Marks. PLEASE don't waste your time....and it will be a LONG LONG time! You have been warned.
