Had a ring sized and stone replaced

I had a ring resided down to a 4.5, and had the stone replaced with a clear CZ. The workmanship and stone were better than I had expected.No one was rude. Everyone was very polite. If someone was having problems as mentioned above, I can't help but think he brought it on himself by being impatient or rude.

Beware of RUDE Shop Owner

Beware of Rip Off Watch Repair

Beware of Gene the owner...gets very aggressive when asked for my watch returned, he threatened that was going to "jam the watch back together" and next person could break it getting it open. Ask him to stop, he refused. Had to call Police and advise shop would have Police come with me, then assistant manager gave watch back. Owner is very rude and seen in other reviews...Beware.

Excellent selection

Great service, great selection. Bought a new watch and they gave me a new battery before I even walked out of the store. Great repair on the watch I brought in. Don't go anywhere else....
