Legacy Court Apartments should aspire to be like Pinnacle Highland Apartments. Lived at Legacy for three years, and their lack of snow removal creates dangerous conditions. My recommendation, move somewhere that invests in safety and their property.



The only staff worth their weight is Mike. He is the only one who won't talk about you behind your back. The rest of the staff will shake your life any time they come near. Vicky the owner, is spineless and takes her orders from the so called property manager Stephanie. Which is backwards from any other company you ever deal with. Stephanie takes pride in pointing out your flaws and faults.



Maintenence is a joke, had a problem with our heater the first year living there. I recommended a new thermostat, which seemed to be out of the question. They cleaned they radiant heating lines, replaced the valve for the boiler and still no resolution. As part of the trouble shooting step, they turned off our heat for the days, in the dead of winter, without notifying us, when we are out of town. After they spent all this time, effort, and money; they replaced the thermostat and presto it was fixed. The next winter the boiler went out multiple times and they said we would have to wait till Monday for the plumber to look at it.



I didn't write this review to be vindictive, merely starting the truth to save your money and frustration. Truthfully we weren't aloud to stay any longer because we were so called trouble makers. I only wish they would have done this sooner. It was the kick in the rear I needed to get up and move. Today I thank the owner for having us move.



Please don't make the mistake of moving here. No matter how good it sounds.
