Provided by YP.comI was going on a one month trip to Indonesia and had no idea where to go to get my shots. My Dr. referred me to Passport Health in Midvale. They were great. I got a a personal booklet with information about the areas I might be traveling in. The nurse even talked about the Uluwatu monkey Temple - and to be aware of the risk of rabies. Very thougrough and I am not a fan of shots, but they were very gentle. We will be back to Passport Health for my next trip.
