I went to SamTEvans down in Sandy couple days ago to purchase some Accessories for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. They did such an tremendous job putting on the accessories I wanted! I'm very pleased how fast they got it done in a neatly manner! I would definitely recommend SamTEvans to anyone who wants any Acessories, Truck Tops, and Trailers!

Great service. Great Staff. Competitive prices. They helped me out of a real bind. I will go back and refer my friends.

I was told by the manufacturer to bring my LOOK trailer to Sam T Evans, but I had bought from a competitor that now had a warranty issue. I was hesitant because I had dealt with these people in the past on a LEER truck cap I had bought years before and had issues with. I thought ok all I wanted them to do was look at it so we could get some parts ordered and be on my way. I waited for a half hour before I was helped and when the issue was looked at they blamed it on me. When I said I didn't do it they told me to take it somewhere else and walked away. I was not surprised with how I was treated being my past experience and other reviews of this business. I urge other customers to steer clear of Sam T Evans as there are many other well established companies with far better customer service and expertise.

I had them install a hitch on my Subaru Forester. Ray was great to work with! The job was done in the time frame they said it would be done. I will give them another star after I've had a chance to pull my trailer around.

I bought a Tonneau Cover from Sam t Evansfor $1750. When it was being installed the installers noticed a blemish in the paint Of course they didn't tell me

When my painterm saw it I called and brought it back for them to see. The owner came out to try to rub the blemish out. Of course it's still there. They said they would talk to the rep and get me some compensation. Now the rep wants a picture. I guess they think I have all the time in the world to keep coming back in. Thsee people don't care about the customer at all. The product from Snug Top is sub part to say the least

For the last 20 years I have had Sam T Evans outfit all my company trucks. The do a great job every time!

I got my Leer Truck shell on my Tacoma and I absolutely love it. The salesman was great and my truck looks fantastic. I would recommend this place to anyone!

My Camper Shell is very poor quality. The waiting room is filthy dirty. The employees are very Sloppy. The bathroom is dirty. The employees are Slow and hate there job. EVERY ONE go to Jordan Camper there Quality is GREAT!!

Update 2/3/14- The manager saw my online review and called wanting to make it right. He offered to switch the wrong part for the correct part and was able to do it the same day. He was apologetic and professional. Too bad he wasn't around before. Glad I posted the online review! *****************************************************************



Avoid these guys at all costs! I ordered a part from them that came in incorrect. When I brought it to their attention they said it was correct according to their paperwork. The issue was that their paperwork was just as wrong as their part. The representative was rude and would not refund the cost of the part. He blamed the problem on me and said if I would have approved the specs on the email that he never sent then I would have caught the error. What a joke. I guess customers don't matter and not admitting their mistake is more important. They are not friendly and only care about themselves. AVOID THEM.

I just got my Truck Top installed at Sam T Evans and I am very pleased. My salesman was very helpful and my truck looks great. (I am a very picky person) I would strongly recommend this company.Their customer service is fantastic.

Everything was seamless. The canopy I ordered showed up early and as agreed. Coming from out of town, timing was important. Thanks.Lane NicholsFairbanks, AK
