I'm not sure about their actual service, but I know that they treat people who aren't current customers very poorly.



One of the drivers was blocking our driveway and wouldn't move, so we called the number on the back of the car and asked the person who answered to ask his driver to move. We just wanted the driver to move his car a few feet forward so we could park, he would have still been able to pick up his customers. We were very polite on the phone, but the person on the phone was very rude and seemed angry at *us* for the problem with *his* driver.



Perhaps they treat their actual customers well, but be careful if you're not giving them money.
